Francesco Fabbri
Francesco Leonardo Fabbri, born in Perugia in 1986, started to play classical piano and Hammond organ at the age of 17. He attended for two years the Hammond organ courses at the SPM school in Pistoia, learning, thanks to Maurizio Spampani, the most important Jazz, Blues and Funk techniques.
 
Going on, he followed numerous lessons and workshops given by some of the most famous organ players such as Joey DeFrancesco, Tony Monaco, Alberto Marisco, Pippo Guarnera, Ivan Vicari and Bruno Erminero. In October 2003 he also participated to an arrangement workshop with Beppe Vessicchio. During the Umbria Jazz festival 2005 he got to know Dr. Lonnie Smith, becoming one of his students and going to New York to have lessons with him. While staying in New York, Francesco got in contact with famous organists such as Seleno Clarke, George Papageorge, Mike LeDonne and Lonnie Gasperini, with whom he performed in one of Harlem's Clubs.
 
In December 2004 Francesco formed the VIBRHAM trio, consisting of Jacopo Bazzarri(vibes), Massimo Discepoli (drums) and Francesco Fabbri (Hammond B-3). During the 2005/2006 season, Francesco performed in many clubs and festivals with his VIBRHAM trio and other bands. In August 2006 he recived an endorsment by the PARI.E organ company and he started to work has demonstrator. In September 2006 he recorded his first album with VIBRHAM trio for the Italian label effemusic.
