Marco Parisi
High degree in trumpet in Italian conservatory, Marco plays both Electone and Hammond organs. He has been one of the first 10 Electone teacher in Italy, and has been always first classified at the Italian Electone Festivals as arranger, also at the South European Electone Festival in Milano in 1993. Since 1984, Marco works as a teacher and the director of the Centro Musicale Salernitano (www.cemusa.it).
Since 1984, he plays in a quintet with Dario and Sandro Deidda, winners of Radio Rai Jazz festival in 1985. They often performed in a lot of Italian jazz clubs.
He also toured Italy with many Italian singers. His activities see him as an arranger and composer, too, in both jazz and classic music. One of his recent works is the Trumpet and Piano Concert in Gm (2003).
