A really swinging big band - Klüver's one need not hide from other great American or European big bands. And soloist Lauritsen at the Hammond organ, of special interest for us, is one of those leading musicians of the Danish jazz scene, who gives a fantastic impression of his feeling for this instrument. Kjeld, better known as member of the Organizers, a Danish jazz trio, takes his part in a big band as organ player, a combination heard not very often such those recordings with Jimmy Smith or Jimmy McGriff. And Kjeld plays his organ part brilliantly.
