On this CD, Sam Yahel discovers more and more the tonal freedom without leaving the base of
harmonies. That reminds us the way Dan Wall goes with great success. Obviously, Sam has
found the kind of his own how to elicit jazz notes from his B-3.
A certain softness describes all the songs on this album, particularly "Spring Is Here",
a ballad which starts with a deep and low organ. Sam avoids nearly completely any effects
the organ would be capable of - a clear registration with a faint vibrato, that's all.
The other members of the trio support this fine style masterly.
